What is iPhoto:
Iphoto is the place where you save, store, and organize your pictures on a Mac. You can add pictures from a camera, or from online photo sources like Flickr or other websitew with images relating to your topic. Once your pictures have been imported into iPhoto, they can be edited, cropped, gathered, organized, and shared. One great way to share images with students is by creating an iPhoto slideshow. A slideshow is a simple way to present a writing prompt, or background material on your topic - you'd be surprised by how much students learn from pictures.
